Lovely antique Victorian pendant brooch necklace, rendered in 10K yellow gold, has a round natural coral cameo surrounded by delicate seed pearls. The hand-carved cameo depicts a detailed lady and is wrapped in a gold band. Fine seed pearls surround the brooch held in place by textured leaves. Even the flip bale is decorated with detailed leaves. Exquisite piece of Victorian to Edwardian jewelry!
